# Introducing AI-powered search for enhanced user experience

We know that locating specific information, particularly technical specifications and other detailed content can be challenging. To make sifting through the vast amount of documentation more accessible and to help you quickly find the insights you need, we've enhanced our website search with AI capabilities.  

# What is AI-assisted search?

To improve access to information and the documentation experience on our developer portal, we've integrated AI into our search function. This enhanced AI-assisted search goes beyond basic keyword matching. It understands the context of your questions, providing informative and detailed responses. With this new functionality, finding the answers you need is faster and more intuitive than ever.

# Enhancing your integration experience

Understanding that our users have varied professional roles, from product managers to developers, we've launched the AI-Assisted Search. This feature is designed to meet the unique needs of each user by simplifying the search process and delivering relevant answers quickly. It helps you find the information you need faster, facilitating your integration with our services. This reduces your need to contact us directly and significantly speeds up the time it takes for you to go live.

# Experience it yourself

At the top of the developer portal, you'll find a search bar labeled "Search AI-Powered." Just type in your question and let the AI provide you with a detailed answer, along with links to additional resource pages for further reading. Below the AI's detailed response, you'll find regular search results if you're simply searching for a specific documentation page.

Not sure where to begin? We've provided a set of predefined questions you can ask the AI to explore its capabilities and see how it can assist you.

# We value your feedback

After using the AI-assisted search, we encourage you to share your thoughts through the feedback tool found at the bottom of the AI's response. This tool allows you to give a thumbs up or thumbs down, and you can also provide more detailed comments in the text box. Your feedback is vital for us to keep improving the documentation and ensure AI delivers the most helpful answers possible.
