# Environments

* **Pre-production**: A mirror of your production account used to test and emulate transactional and operational reporting processes
* **Production**: The live environment for processing real transactions

# Sandbox access

# Configuration

You can access your accound crendentials (Merchant ID, API keys, and webhook keys) from the Configuration Center of your selected environment. Enter these credentials under the **worldline.globalcollect** gateway affiliation corresponding to your selected environment.

# Payment product configuration

Access all VTEX-supported payment products by clicking the green + icon. Review our[integration guide](https://docs.connect.worldline-solutions.com/documentation/Plugins/VTEX/payment-products.md)for the complete list of available products. These options can only be configured with the **worldline.globalcollect** provider.

# Worldline Global Collect product

Process all payment products through MyCheckout hosted payment pages with full redirect. This option supports both plugin-integrated products and additional payment methods which are not yet available in the plugin.

# Capture options

* **Direct capture**: Automatically captures payments and marks them as paid when processing completes on the gateway. Invoices are generated automatically.
* **Delayed capture**: Separates authorization and capture into distinct operations, allowing settlement at a later date. Manual capture enables you to implement custom logic within your ecosystem to trigger fund capture when appropriate.

# Tokenization

Card payments are automatically tokenized at checkout by VTEX.

# Transaction management

Configure the Worldline Global Collect application to manage all Worldline actions (refunds, cancellations, captures) through VTEX. For best results, handle all transaction actions via the VTEX portal.

# Installment configuration

To enable installment payments:

1. Go to **Settings \> Payment Conditions.**
2. Select **Prepaid in full** or **In installments.**
3. Save changes to activate the configuration.
