Diners Club is a charge card, meaning that consumers settle their bills at the end of each month through their credit account. Since 2008 it is owned by Discover Financial Services and is processing on Discover Global Network together with such brands as Discover, JCB, UnionPay, RuPay, Elo, Troy, DinaCard.
