# Testing

Testing is available in both sandbox and pre-production environments. Please contact your implementation manager to obtain the correct Merchant ID for the testing process. The following currencies are supported:

* Australian dollar (AUD)
* Canadian dollar (CAD)
* Czech koruna (CZK)
* Danish krone (DKK)
* Euro (EUR)
* Hong Kong dollar (HKD)
* Hungarian forint (HUF)
* Japanese yen (JPY)
* Mexican peso (MXN)
* New Zealand dollar (NZD)
* Norwegian krone (NOK)
* Polish zloty (PLN)
* Pound sterling (GBP)
* Singapore dollar (SGD)
* Swedish krona (SEK)
* Swiss franc (CHF)
* Thai baht (THB)
* United States dollar (USD)

### Negative scenarios

To test the negative payment flow, please cancel the payment after the redirect. The payment status will then be 125.

### Refunds

Transactions with a status of COMPLETED and status ID 800 cannot be refunded immediately. A process runs automatically to update these transactions to a refundable status. Please wait up to 1 hour for this process to complete. After that time, your test transactions will be ready for refunds.

### Payment test steps

1. After initializing the payment, a redirect will occur. Please enter your email and password to log in.

1. Click "Complete Purchase." You will be automatically redirected to RETURNURL, and the payment status will be updated to COMPLETED with status ID 800.
