# Insights

## Overview

**Insights is the merchant reporting portal for Worldline Global Collect.** It consolidates transaction monitoring, reporting, and advanced analytics. Every merchant on Worldline Global Collect gains access to Insights at no per-user cost.

## Who can use Insights?

* **Payment and finance managers** monitor performance, access dashboards, and track activity across markets in real time. They reconcile settlements through the Financials dashboard and export transaction data in CSV format.
* **Fraud and dispute managers** investigate transactions, manage disputes, and take immediate action on suspicious activity. They raise disputes directly from transaction records with full context.
* **Customer service and operational users** search and filter transactions daily. They create refunds, cancel transactions, or capture payments without leaving the portal.
* **Developers and technical teams** debug integrations with complete transaction visibility. The transaction details page shows what happened during each attempt, including data fields, operational history, and all status changes.
