Check log file
By enabling the logging feature in General Settings, you can download the log file which contains all the Worldline servers messaging history, and it may assist in identifying the cause of an occurred problem. The log file can be accessed via: Stores > Configuration > Sales > Payment Methods > Other Payment Methods > Worldline > General Settings > Download log file
