Do I need to have a separate contract with Paysafecard?
It is not necessary to sign a separate contract with Paysafecard. Worldline will arrange registration in their systems.

Do I need to undergo a boarding process with Paysafecard?
Worldline will do the boarding on your behalf. We do need to provide information (e.g. name, URL, type of industry) about your company to Paysafecard in order for them to ascertain your business is not in contradiction with the law and Paysafecard policies.

Can Paysafecard payments be reversed by the consumer?
No, Paysafecard payment are irreversible (no chargebacks possible).

Can I refund more than 100% of the original transaction?
No, this is not possible.

Are Paysafecard payments done in real-time?
Yes, Paysafecard payments are real-time. The consumer is redirected to the Paysafecard page and has to enter his 16-digit pin to validate the transaction. The result of the payment is reported back to you in real-time (see – Time to Payment for guidance).

What are the minimum and maximum amounts for a single transaction?
- Minimum amount is 1 in each currency
- The maximum amount is EUR 1,000 per transaction or equivalent in other currencies. This may vary per country
- Consumers can use up to 10 prepaid/voucher per transaction but cannot exceed EUR 1,000 (or equivalent in other currencies)

When can I refund a transaction?
You can refund a transaction when it has reached status Completed with status Paid. However Paysafecard does not support a refund back to the prepaid card/voucher. Please see the section with regards to refunds for more information.
