Process flows

In order to integrate Konbini and Pay-easy, please refer to our API Reference.


  1. Consumer chooses to pay with Konbini or Pay-easy.
  2. Consumer brings their smart phone showing the payment instructions to the store, or prints the presented payment reference slip, pre-filled by us.
  3. Consumer completes the payment by paying at the convenience store, ATM or bank.
  4. After the payment is made, a confirmation is sent to us and the status is updated in the Payment Console. The confirmation is sent within 3 hours after the consumer completed the payment.
  5. Funds are transferred to us.
  6. We match the payment on the basis of the consumers reference number.
  7. We report the orders and remits the collected payments into your bank account.
