Process flows

Paysafecard transaction states

Payment flow

1. Consumer selects Paysafecard as the payment method
2. Consumer is redirected to the Paysafecard payment page. The consumer enters the 16-digit code and the balance is checked. If there is not enough money on the prepaid card the consumer has the opportunity to add up to maximum of € 250.
3. The result is communicated back to us
4. We send payment status (OK or NOK) to you
5. Paysafecard sends funds and reporting to us
6. We match, report and send funds to you. It also provides online and offline daily reports informing you on the payments received. Individual payments’ status is always available in the Payment Console.
