Testing
Samsung Card (Authenticated) testing capabilities are limited in the pre-production environment. We advise you to do penny tests (payment made with a minimum amount) in the production environment for end-to-end testing.
Pre-production test capabilities
- tests can be done only in currency KRW
- desktop/mobile integrations can be tested for payments.
- only successful payment can be tested, no payment rejection scenarios can be tested.
- authentication and authorization are simulated as successful in the pre-production, hence lacking real Ux experience as shown in the Consumer experience section.
- refund can be tested once payment is marked as Paid.

Positive case

Negative case
Negative test scenarios like payment rejection can not be tested in the pre-production.
Refunds
Refunds can be tested next day once payment is automatically marked as Paid by the end of the day.
- Only Full amount refund can be tested. Partial refund can not be tested in the pre-production.
- Refund through Desktop flow can only be tested. Refund via mobile flow/integration is not supported in the pre-production.
