Net Banking, also known as internet banking, is a local Indian Real-time Bank Transfer product. With this solution, consumers with an account at one of several banks are able to pay for their online purchases via an online bank transfer. Here the customers credentials to login into Internet banking is used.
The merchant is kept informed of the progress of the transaction throughout the process. As soon as the transaction is finalized, the merchant gets a status update to inform that a successful guaranteed payment has been made and therefore can release the goods.
This is a perfect payment product for Indian consumers without debit/credit card and Worldline bring this product across 35 banks in India.
