Troy is the only domestic card scheme in Turkey. With over 200 million cards in circulation, Turkey is one of the world's top card payment markets. Integrate Troy as one of the available payment options to offer a local experience for Turkish consumers without a need for your business to have a local entity.

Troy provides a service known as GO – Güvenli Öde, crafted to improve transaction security using authentication. To complete a purchase, customers input their Troy card number on the payment page and click "Purchase." The system sends a text message with a security code to their mobile phones, fostering a swift and effortless checkout.

The onboarding process for your account includes the active participation of local acquirers, but we handle all the organizational complexities ourselves. We also translate and standardize reasons for declined payments specific to local processors. While a declined payment is never ideal, this process makes it easier to understand why it happened. As a result, we can offer clearer guidance to your customers on what steps they need to take to turn a failed payment into a successful one.

  1. Your name, phone number, website's URL, tax ID
  2. Preference for the following services:
    • manual or automatic capture
    • 3D Secure authentication
    • recurring, credential on file, or one-off payments
    • installment payments and the range for installment count
    • settlement type (cross-border remittance in non-TRY currency or local remittance in TRY currency)
  3. Expected go-live quarter and year (for example, Q2 2024)
