Process flows

Below, you'll find a detailed explanation of the statuses for payments across various flows. In order to integrate OXXO Pay, please refer to our API Reference.

Cash payments transaction states

Payment flow

1. Consumer places an order on your website and selects OXXO Pay as the payment method. You submit the order to us.
2. We return a voucher with a barcode.
3. The consumer goes to an OXXO store and pays for the voucher using the barcode.
4. OXXO Pay sends us a notification confirming the payment is completed.
5. OXXO Pay transfers the funds and payment references to us.
6. We receive the funds and consolidate the payment records.
7. We remit the funds to your account and provide a settlement report.
