Is it possible to verify a Troy card with a regular card account check (zero-amount transaction) API call?
Currently, it's not possible to do the card validation check with a zero-amount transaction. Please perform an authorization by setting the amount attribute to 1 TRY and reverse it once the payment is successful.

Can I submit a delayed capture?
Yes, authorizations for the Troy Card stay valid for 60 days.

Is Troy supported on MyCheckout hosted payment pages?
Yes, Troy is available on both MyCheckout hosted payment pages and server-to-server APIs.

Can I process Troy payments in installments?
Yes, processing the payments in 2-12 monthly installments is possible. Installments are always settled for the full transaction amount. The installment agreement is made between the cardholder and the issuing bank. The issuing bank debits the cardholder monthly based on the number of selected installment periods.

Is it possible to send a soft (dynamic) descriptor for the Troy card payments?
No, but the static descriptor we configure in your merchant account (MID) will be displayed to the cardholder on their card statement.
