Is a separate contract needed for Alipay+?
No, you do not need to sign a separate contract. We handle all the contractual requirements and will register you with Alipay+ automatically—no additional action is required from your side.

Which countries are covered by Alipay+?
Alipay+ transactions are available worldwide where Global Collect operates. Consumers can pay with their local wallets (such as those in the Philippines or Thailand) regardless of their location, whether traveling or on business.

How much time does the consumer have to complete the payment?
After being redirected to the Alipay+ payment page with a QR code, the consumer has 10 minutes to scan the QR code and confirm the payment.

What is the refund period?
You can request a refund within 365 days of the original payment date.

What is the settlement timeline?
Funds are collected, matched to transactions, and settled to you within T+3 days (three days after the transaction).

Are there any limits on transactions?
Yes. Depending on the wallet, there are limits on the size of a single payment or the total payments allowed per day or month. You can see the specific limits for each wallet in the additional information section of Alipay+ documentation.

Are there any restrictions on business industries for accepting payments via Alipay+?
Yes. Under Alipay+ rules, you cannot accept payments for:
- Adult goods or services
- Gambling or lottery services
- Online sale of tobacco products
- Weapons
- Items that infringe privacy or property rights
- Financial services like money transfer or cryptocurrencies
- Biochemically infectious products
- Items that threaten national security or are discriminatory (race, gender, religion, region)
- Pseudo pharmaceuticals, narcotics, or surrogacy services
- Any illegal or prohibited goods/services

Can a consumer dispute an Alipay+ payment?
Yes. The consumer can file a complaint about any transaction. Alipay+ will inform us about the dispute and ask for help. Our team will then contact you for more details. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the payment will be reversed by Alipay+.
