Soft descriptor
The soft descriptor is an optional field, and it allows you to provide a product description. If you submit this field, the consumer will see it in their bank statement as the transfer description.
Refunds
Refunds on Wero are settled via SEPA Credit Transfer Instant and they can be expected within seconds or in a maximum of 1 day.
Refunds can be processed in two ways:
- Submitting a refund action for the order via the API call
- Pushing the refund button on the Payment Console
Please note that the combined value of all refunds requested for an order should not surpass the total amount initially paid for that order.
Prohibited and restricted activities
- Goods and/or services that are not legal in your country of origin and/or the country where the goods/services are shipped/provided.
- Goods and/or services, including images, simulations, or cartoons, that involve child pornography, non-consensual sexual behavior, bestiality or non-consensual mutilation of a person.
- Sale of prescription drugs or recreational drugs or any other good or service prohibited by the applicable legislation, unless the legislation in the country where you are based expressly accepts this activity.
