Is it possible to have an adjusted order of payment products for a specific variant?
No, it is not possible to adjust the ordering per variant. If you change the ordering for a specific country, it will apply to all variants.

Is it correct that "0" is the first entry for the displayOrder and not "1"?
Yes, the array starts with a "0" and is returned as such in the API response, as indices often start with a "0".

When do the changes I made in the ordering of payment products go into effect?
The changes will go into effect immediately after you have saved your changes in the configuration center.

Can I adjust the ordering of payment products for all my merchant IDs at once?
Currently you will need to adjust the order of payment products per merchant ID. It is not yet possible to configure it for all the merchant IDs which are linked to your account in the configuration center.

Do all countries in which I can process have a specific list with the most popular payment product on top?
Not all countries do have a specific list of payment products. We have created a specific list of payment products for certain countries and will expand these list once we add more products. You can easily create lists per country, to ensure your most preferred payment products are shown first to your consumers.

What is the basis of the default list for the ordering of payment products?
The order of products in the default list is based on the products which we see as being most used by consumers in a specific country. Since the order of products shown to your consumer will depend on the combination of the country and the currency (and sometimes the amount), we have prioritized it in a way that should help you to increase your conversion.
