Why are the dates and times in the console not customized to my time zone?
The time zone of the Worldline server on the GlobalCollect platform is set to Central European Time (CET) and reflects daylight saving time settings in the CET zone.

I’m not prompted for this new one-time login code multiple times within 24 hours. Is something wrong?
No, it is possible that your IP-address changes through-out the day. This is for instance common when you travel or switch between networks. Every time our system will detect a new IP-address that it doesn’t trust in combination with your user we will send out a new one-time login code.

Can I re-use a one-time login code that I have received before?
No, you can’t use the one-time login code more than once. Please try to login again, we will send you a new one-time login code.

I don’t seem to be receiving the emails containing the one-time login code?
Please wait a bit as the email might take a bit longer. Sometimes the internet works in mysterious ways. It is also possible that the email containing your one-time login code has ended up in your junk for spam folder. If this is the case please mark it as not-junk and add the email address from which we send these emails to your address book. Normally this will cause the sender to be trusted and you should receive all future emails in your regular inbox. If you can’t seem to find our email containing the one-time login code anywhere please verify with Merchant Services that we have the correct email address on file for your user. Please note that we will ask you some questions to verify your identity to avoid hostile account takeovers.

I’m not prompted for this new one-time login code when I login (after October 4th). Should I be worried?
No, you should not be worried. If you login from a known and trusted IP-address you don’t need to perform the additional one-time login authentication step. You can continue to use the WPC as normal.
