Consumer experience

Desktop flow

1. On the checkout page, consumer chooses Trustly from the list of available payment options and gets redirected.

1. Consumer provides their name and contact information and selects Pay.

1. A pop-up window appears. Consumer clicks Pay with Trustly to continue their payment.

1. Consumer selects their bank from the list and proceeds with completing payment on the bank’s app or website. 

1. Trustly redirects the consumer back to the order overview and payment status page. This page can be either our MyCheckout hosted payment page or your website page depending on a selected integration method.
